Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Baba88 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Baba88 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts discovered and to void all associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

Baba88 is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address dated within 90 days, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Baba88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Available methods may vary depending on account status and applicable regulatory requirements. All balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

The standard minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Baba88 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit; however, the Platform reserves the right to apply transaction limits on specific payment methods or individual accounts based on risk assessment criteria.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion. Once KYC is verified, withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 3 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Baba88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Player funds are held separately from Baba88's operational funds. Baba88 does not use player balances for operational expenses. In the event of a platform closure, reasonable efforts will be made to return outstanding player balances using the most recent verified payment method on record.

06 Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotional offers available on Baba88 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday credits, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits — are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. General conditions that apply to all promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Baba88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets under normal circumstances.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Baba88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular activity is detected on the account.
• A Player initiates an unwarranted payment chargeback.

Upon voluntary account closure by a Player, any outstanding real money balance (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

13 Amendments to Terms
